Going to the butcher

We’re going to the butcher on November 10 for the first time since we started keeping sheep in the summer of 2024.

“Whitey Pine” will never go to the meat processor. 😄

We’re all processing this a little bit different, but for me, it helps me establish in my own mind that I’m doing this as a “professional” — for a purpose beyond all the intangible benefits you find in keeping sheep.
