I am always reluctant to use the baking stone because the bake time isn’t the same as our Nordic Ware pans — it seems like it takes forever to finish baking. Tonight, I preheated the stone in the oven with another pizza, then pulled out the pan after a few minutes and rolled out the dough on the pan when it was cooled enough to touch and wouldn’t start baking the dough before it went in the oven.

The pizzas all turned out, but I discovered my bag of pepperoni saved for this meal had been eaten as a snack by my boys. So it was three cheese pizzas. :)
